  15.      _m_o_v_i_e_m_a_k_e_r is a multi-track interactive editor for QuickTime format

  20.           Forces moviemaker to run in the foreground.  Moviemaker backgrounds

  36.      activate the entries on the "Edit" menu for editing, although, on read-
  37.      only movies, only "Copy" will be made available. The operations available

  75.           Insert data from the Clipboard into the current movie.

  77.      Moviemaker can import a number of X cut-and-paste targets, including
  78.      movies, still images, audio, etc. Note that some applications may be slow
  79.      in providing clipboard data to moviemaker, in which case moviemaker may
  80.      timeout (and give an error message saying that no data was available on
  81.      the clipboard). If this is a problem, you can increase moviemaker's
  82.      timeout duration by using the X Resource "*cutPasteTimeoutDuration".  It
  83.      defaults to 30, and is measured in seconds.

  86.      Moviemaker can import a large number of file formats, including
  87.      Quicktime, SGI, AVI, DV-DIF/DVCPro-DIF files, and MPEG movies, audio
  88.      formats supported by the SGI audio file library (see _a_f_I_n_i_t_F_i_l_e_F_o_r_m_a_t),
  89.      and image file formats supported by the SGI image library (see
  90.      _i_m_g_f_o_r_m_a_t_s).

  92.      In order to import a collection of files, such as those from an animation
  93.      rendering program, simply select the directory containing the numbered
  94.      image files, and the image files will be imported sequentially.  (After
  95.      having done this, you may wish to use the "Join" command to combine the
  96.      multiple still images into a single image track.)

  98. EEEEXXXXPPPPOOOORRRRTTTT AAAASSSS
  99.      Moviemaker supports exporting the current movie to one of a number of
  100.      popular formats on the web, including QuickTime (tm), MPEG, AVI, etc. To
  101.      generate a flattened movie for final distribution/publication, select
  102.      ``Export As'' from the file menu, choose a file format and file name, and
  103.      use the options button to specify details applicable to the file format
  104.      you selected. When you begin the conversion, the resulting file will have
  105.      at most one image track and one audio track, and will be optimized for
  106.      playback and distribution.

  109.      If Midi is configured on the system, Moviemaker responds to "Stop" "Play"
  110.      and "Jog Wheel" controls on certain external midi-based control devices.
  111.      Currently, only the JL Cooper Electronics "Media Control Station" is
  112.      supported.
